Today's Bests, Tomorrow's Brightest Stars…" Representing Berklee, this is how Burak and the 5th Conservatory Project musicians were presented to the audience and press at Kennedy Center in Washington. Born in Lefkosa, Cyprus, Burak graduated from Ankara State Conservatory with distinction. Following his graduation from the Conservatory he completed his masters degree in performance at the Royal Scottish Academy and studied with David Nicholson.
Burak has taken part in the Contemporary Education Foundation’s (Cagdas Egitim Vakfi) “Great Talent’s Projects” concert series in Turkey. His recent concerts were sponsored by the Ergo Insurance Group.
Besides classical and jazz solo concerts Burak plays in the Video Game Orchestra in Boston. He lives with his wife and children in Boston.
